The services that Paige offered to us are second to none, she was able to be precise in letting us know what would allow us to sell our home quick, at a competitive yet great price. She came by to check in on progress, final walk-through, etc. Paige is great when it comes to being your negotiator and always has your best interest while doing so! Did I mention she did all of this while being weeks and now days away from having her first child. I am so thankful for Paige. We were first time home buyers, so we were looking for someone who would help us learn how the process usually worked and what to look out for when shopping for/buying a house, and Brad checked all of those boxes emphatically! We especially loved how available he was to us, either to explain how something worked, or coordinate us with the person who knew.
As first time home buyers, he was also very useful as he has a wealth of people and services he has worked with before and likes, such as lenders and home inspectors. His experience also helped us learn what to look for in a house before getting a home inspector involved.

We found Brad through his instagram back in 2021 when moving to Columbus from Texas. He was quick to respond, shared with us a thorough knowledge of the Columbus market, listened to all of our needs, and helped narrow down the vast community's of Columbus to 2 places. He is a fantastic listener, knew which questions to ask us and got us to a great community.
When it came time to move up Brad helped us locate a renter for our condo in Italian Village, going above and beyond taking incredible photo's and videos, vetting different renters and running ads. His attention to detail, thoughtfulness of helping us get top dollar, and doing what not all realtors would is what separates Brad and the EV group.
Finally, when we decided to sell our condo at the end of 2023, Brad was quick to assist us. He wasn't afraid to take on a challenge of listing our unit at a record price for our building and then executing on it. He doesn't back down from a challenge and truly has your back.
